As a mental health clinician, a wife of 18 years, and a mother to five children: I integrate my academic training, professional tools, and on-the-ground life experience to help you deal with the unique problems you face.

What does it mean to ‘live well?" We exist in a world that is rapidly expanding in technology, pace, and meaning. However, our most fundamental human needs remain the same. In this modern age of increased complexity we must constantly juggle demands from physical, emotional, mental, relational, sexual, social, occupational, and spiritual domains. How are you? What could use a mental “tune-up?" Do you feel stuck? Frustrated? Alone? Lost? We all wear psychological "masks" in our lives to function. I invite you to a supportive, confidential space to remove the mask and be honest.

My passion for psychology and therapy runs deep. I'm curious, hopeful, and driven to understand and uncover resolutions for life's most meaningful dilemmas. I've discovered through experience, personally and professionally, that our capabilities exceed what we often imagine is possible. I embrace complexity, and always strive to balance supporting my clients while also challenging them to grow and accept the responsibilities that come with the pursuit of a good life.

I am a radical believer in your individual worth and your right to experience joy, vitality, and meaningful relationships. I am collaborative and solutions-oriented in my approach: I am not the expert of your life, you are. I work with you (and/or your loved ones) to clarify goals and map paths for improvement so that you can move forward.

My style has been described as “warm and REAL.”. I love to build genuinely therapeutic relationships and look forward to meeting you!
